Pleasant staff. Offered a drink and had somewhere to sit whilst work was being done.
Professional staff with excellent product knowledge. From ordering my mini to collection I was kept informed at all times. I have to say that the whole experience was amazing . A customer experience I have never had with any other car dealership.
Flat tyre and was sorted asap

Jonathan was polite, professional and honest with me and provided me with relevant information. All of the repairs were carried out in the timescale which was advised prior. MINI recommended parts were used.
First time using mini and bmw Sheffield after purchased my mini back in May. Requested if I could pick the car up before 2pm and they did the service and contact me well before this time . The service department was clean and The coffee was not bad.

Constant communication during the build process to collection. Everyone that works at Sytner Sheffield is geared to making you feel as welcome as possible, when you are at the dealership.
After the software update the car kept advising me that the tyre pressures needed to checked and reset. I would have expected the engineer to clear this. Also I have now lost my Bluetooth connection to my phone and wasn't advised this would/could hap

The service went fine and the team were happy to provide a quote for some additional work. I did however ask about a warranty issue which i never received feedback on, despite contacting to ask. I'm now out of warranty and the issue wasn't fixed.
Friendly but professional environment. Pleasant space indoors where every model can be viewed and inspected without being pestered by salespeople yet salespeople are readily on hand should advise be needed.

Poor customer service. Lack of communication.
My service was booked in a very short notice, and I was given a courtesy lift to the shopping centre so I did not have to sit about waiting.
David explained all our options, was patient while we decided on the model, explained the delivery process and kept us informed all the way to picking up the car. The whole ambience at MINI Centre is welcoming and professional.

Just one negative, I would have expected the mini to have been serviced and booked stamped before I collected it. It is important to me that I have the evidence and there is not gap in the documentation

After initially receiving a bill for repairs which was unexpected I was contacted by Maya who took the issue up with the manufacturers. Maya provided me with regular updates in relation to the repairs and informed me of progress made. Fab service!
The service centre and staff were great, the whole set up you've got works really well (drive in service area) and is very relaxing.
Quite expensive though realise it was 20000 miles Recommended 3 new tyres 2 over limit one nail in. Quoted over £400 for 3 Local supplier said needed two, the nail could be safely plugged. We got good quality tyres and repair for £170
The showroom was very impressive and all the staff were friendly and professional. I would recommend Sytner Sheffield and Reece to anyone looking to purchase a mini.
