I was booked in for the 90 minute fast track mot I ended up being there around 2 hours. When my car was returned it hadn't been vacuumed as requested.
I had a couple of questions about my mini and everything was explained. The service video is great as it points out anything that may need attention in the coming months.

I cannot fault the service department - I have been dealing with Sytner for a number of years and that in itself is recommendation enough!
On arrival to leave my car it was very organised and the service was great however when I came to pick up my car there were no members of staff around and I had to find someone to fetch an assistant didn't really know what to do who to talk to
Points were highlighted in MOT video and when I tried to contact to discuss this I had no reply following several attempts and messages left over 3 week period, not the usual standard

there was a small problem with the service of the car,the new tyres mini supplied 2 years ago had metal valve covers and these had seized on,so the tyre pressure could not be checked,i was asked to re book to resolve this,no one has returned my call
Problem identified at end of warranty check but not able to resolve. Repeated calls have not been returned and now warranty has ended.
I really like the cafe feel where you can site and read or work whilst you wait for your car.

Very unhelpful service team. Took my car in for service drove out of workshop with tyre warning light on which I was initially asked to pay for. Poor customer service from manager whom my issue had been passed onto.

When booking in I told the man that my air bag warring light was on. I was told that in order to look into this issue I would be charged £90. At the MOT review I was informed that no problem was found and that it may have just been a battery issue

Did a tyre check forgot to put dust caps back so not happy with this. Getting the basics wrong.
