Customer service advisor Amy kept me well informed and ensured I stayed mobile while my car stayed for far too long for work to be carried out However I am disgusted with Mini itself for me having to pay for what is clearly a manufacturing fault.

I had booked my vehicle in for a fault rectification, not a service. I was told the car was also listed for a quality improvement which was carried out and the fault was fixed; all under warranty.
