The model chosen is exactly what I wanted when picking up the car the sales person spent time explaining the functionality of the car very clearly no shortcuts taken

Arranging the original test drive was less than satisfactory, but the Sales Manager, Andy Pass took positive action by arranging a change in Representative (to Harry Spender) and the option of the test car being delivered to my home. Onwards all good

Sam Chadwick (Sheffield) made the whole experience very easy. Problems along the way were dealt with swiftly with alternative arrangements made to ensure we were never without a car. An alternative car was sourced and a great deal offered

I wasn't made aware where to go when arrived, so I parked up and went in before then going back out to drive in. Would have been handed to of been told this before. I know sign posted but I've never been before and didn't know if that was for me.

They had the car for the whole day when the job that was needed would have taken 1/2hour to a hour at absolute most. I would have benefitted from an earlier drop off time and a later pick up.

Jason recommended the egr cooler to be replaced (under a recall) as the car was intermittently misfiring and up to now ?? it seems to have cured the problem.
