Jayden worked very hard sorting out the sign over of the mini which i am grateful for as one or two headaches were caused by certain people which was out of his control.

You could fill in the stars as you see fit. It took me almost an hour to book my car in; eventually I got a PERSON on the phone who completed the booking in less than two minutes. You assume that everyone to able to manipulate a phone.

Was for software updates, I was asked if I wanted the complimentary wash and vac. On collection this wasn't done. I waited 15 mins, but I think it hit a wipe rather than a wash moss still where wiper blades sit-dust cap missing which wasn't put on

Lack of communication car would not be ready on time. No updates on the app. Went at the end of the day to see if it was ready, let service desk know I'd arrived, waited 25 minutes for anyone to speak to me. Was told they hadn't even started it yet!

As ever once you enter the service lane everything is dealt with efficiently. Booking the MOT and service could have been better. For some reason you could access the service records of my vehicle. Once the key wa areas the records all appeared.

18 July MOT: keys handed in 8:06am, car back 11:25. Complimentary wash well below Sytner standards (door/boot jambs dirty). Polite staff, but the massive delay and poor finish ruined the Sytner value.

There was only a couple of minor issues that stopped me giving it a full five stars and that was Id booked a 90 minute slot but it took an extra 60 mins and I was unable to book in online due to incorrect registration number being registered.

Good update on the service there was a communication issue meaning I sat for 30mins and had to chase up the service desk being aware I was waiting to collect the car. It's not the first time this has happened. He did apologise but need to improve on
