It has been quite difficult to contact the centre with a difficult to navigate automated phone system. The computer system also unfortunately lost my finance info. Communication didn't flow regarding this.

Returning customer. Halliwell Jones Chester are crooks. They mislead you with servicing servicing pricing and their salespeople are shiny suited spivs. Sytner Sheffield are nothing like this. Supportive, welcoming and a pleasure to deal with.

The service I received on this visit was the worse that I have ever experienced at Mini. I had to wait over 7 hours to get my car back and had to ring up several time to check when my car was ready for collection.

Replacing the software took much longer than expected. Arrived at about 10-00 something and left at about 4-00. We went to Meadowhall for a few hours. Staff kept asking if we were OK or needed a drink.

I have returned to Sytner Mini Sheffield after moving to Ripon in Nth Yorks. Last year I took my car to Stratstone in Harrogate, the waiting facilities just dont compare and I wasnt totally satisfied with the feedback from the service!
