As ever, a pleasant experience. Staff were good at taking the stress away from it. The only drawback was the technology that was required for ID etc, as this wasn't always working on my slightly older phone (S20). Staff were helpful with work arounds

I have an ongoing issue with connectivity with my recently purchased Mini Countryman Reg A13 RWP. Despite the best efforts of your technical team. The Problem still persists. It is now booked in again on 4/5 March for further investigations.

I was advised of a nail in the o/s/r tyre and possibly slow puncture but failed to check the tyre pressures and add any air in the o/s/r tyre which was low in pressure when I drove away from dealership.

I mistakenly assumed 2-3 hours as with previous service but found it booked in for day. Had to use public transport back to Derbyshire. When collected, free valet not done and interior dirty. Otherwise ok.

I was looked after from arrival. Safi booked me in promptly. I waited for the car to be serviced. I was offered a drink and comfortable surroundings. All staff were lovely, and appreciate the video from Joe who worked on my car.

My Paceman broke down on the M1 when I was travelling to Cheltenham from Durham. I limped to Sytner Sheffield. I had to wait a few days for a diagnosis but they were incredibly thorough. Jason was amazing in keeping me informed throughout.
