I had an accident where my car was a total loss and needed a new vehicle asap and the Sheffield team acted quickly to source a suitable car for me

Sales staff were good but dealing with mini uk not good. I was also not impressed I traded a mini and had to phone and ask when I was going to receive the money.

I was looked after from arrival. Safi booked me in promptly. I waited for the car to be serviced. I was offered a drink and comfortable surroundings. All staff were lovely, and appreciate the video from Joe who worked on my car.

My Paceman broke down on the M1 when I was travelling to Cheltenham from Durham. I limped to Sytner Sheffield. I had to wait a few days for a diagnosis but they were incredibly thorough. Jason was amazing in keeping me informed throughout.
