As ever, a pleasant experience. Staff were good at taking the stress away from it. The only drawback was the technology that was required for ID etc, as this wasn't always working on my slightly older phone (S20). Staff were helpful with work arounds

We dealt with Jody at Sytner Mini Sheffield who was first class. We live in Bolton and only travelled to Sytner to view a used Mini . We decided to buy new and Jody was so helpful and knowledgeable we wanted to continue dealing with him.

I discussed purchasing options with Sam and we went through various avenues available. After purchasing the MINI, I was told the expected delivery date. I was kept up to date whilst I waited for the car.

I did not like how open and close the customer desk was as I could hear the conversation taking place at the next desk, perhaps a small screen division would reduce this and allow more privacy for customers discussing personal finances

My Paceman broke down on the M1 when I was travelling to Cheltenham from Durham. I limped to Sytner Sheffield. I had to wait a few days for a diagnosis but they were incredibly thorough. Jason was amazing in keeping me informed throughout.

Sytner always gives me a good service dropped one star for the cost. Seems like my Mini needs new breaks every 16000 miles where previous Mini's ive owned lasted at least twice that. Unexpected bill of £1600 was a bit of a shock.
