The retailer were great but after 3 issues with finance and the first order being out through as cash it did get worrying and a hit tiresom. Thanks to Jody and Sam at Sytner Mini Sheffield

It has been quite difficult to contact the centre with a difficult to navigate automated phone system. The computer system also unfortunately lost my finance info. Communication didn't flow regarding this.

The staff are very friendly and i felt welcomed from the moment i stepped in. they had great knowledge of all the vehicles and features of the cars. They have kept in touch via phone after purchase of the vehicle to ensure everything is ok

I loved the experience of buying my MINI and I love the car but your service team fell short of what I expect from a MINI/BMW experience. They did the job and changed the oil filter and did it within a short time - SEE BELOW EXPECTED BETTER
