The sales team at Sheffield were outstanding from start to finish. An issue from MINI UK with the specific car when it arrived was outside of the local dealer's control, but they went above and beyond to keep me updated.

Outstanding service from the Sales staff ( Sam Chadwick ) immediate response to enquiry with video, really went the extra mile to find the vehicle I wanted and then when I asked for another spec this was found as well ! I signed up straightaway!

Harry explained the process very well and what my journey would be like. Had my first ever test drive!! All my questions were answered as many times as I needed. Up to the delivery of the car I was kept informed and the hand over was perfect!

Holly was exceptional with my last order, all the way through to delivery. Regular updates. Nothing was too much trouble. She even sorted my Private Reg Plate switchover so I could avoid any delays in the changes!

Originally I was told that they would order a taxi for me where I would only pay £5. When asked for them to order me a taxi I was told that that service was not available and I would have to pay for taxi privately

Only thing is the manager at the garage ask me if I want my mini washed and I said yes but when I picked it up it wasn't washed but I'm not really bothered overall good experience.

The guys in the service centre and repair centre were great. I was kept in the loop There was lack of hospitality on entering and being asked to sit down. No one asked me for a drink. There's a sign but ppl may feel awkward asking.

I had a problem with my Mini, called into Sytner Sheffield, though I did not have an appointment, but they dealt with the issue there and then, I had to wait a little, but I did not expect them to deal with it there and then. Excellent.

Great service from Jason, but this issue has taken an awful lot of time out of my week, courtesy car access has been a bit of a drama and not sure why a full investigation wasn't ran the first time - feels like we've wasted time. Appreciate was RA.

Such a warm and friendly bunch of guys and girls! Such a large environment for a lone female I thought I'd be intimidated going in, but it was not the case at all, made to feel welcome and comfortable, helped with advice on choice.
